Now that spring has sprung, you are ready to shed your heavy winter outerwear and show the world you still have style. With the onslaught of casual apparel de rigeur everywhere, from workplace to theatre outings, how do you jazz up your go everywhere casuals? Just toss a unique and eye catching lightweight jacket or cardigan over your casual outfit and you are instantly dressed to impress. The added bonus? The items shown below will also keep you cozy when the temp drops. Each one of these possibilities is available now at the OgoVintage etsy shop. Each is one of a kind in OGO’s inventory, so capture yours while you can.
Just because the temperature is dropping and the snow is falling, is no reason to let your style diminish. The array of sweater choices is endless – choose a bright color, or a luxe fiber, or a fanciful pattern, or embellishment with bling. Staying warm doesn’t have to be boring.
Keep a selection of cardigans in your wardrobe, to add a layer of warmth with a layer of style. Those same cardigans will double as outerwear for tropical vacations, whether this means beachfront evening breezes or windy nights on a cruise ship, and to ward off summer time air conditioning chills. The right cardigan can pull together an entire outfit – so go ahead and acquire some with prints, fabric panels, embroidery and applique.
Don’t forget the newest selection of wafer thin, thermal shirts, now available high-end, low-end and at every venue in between, to wear beneath your layered sweaters for guaranteed cozy warmth on the frostiest of days and nights.
The sweaters shown in these photos are, or soon shall be, for sale on the OgoVintage etsy shop. Please contact OGO to claim your stake for those not yet listed. Each is one of a kind at OgoVintage, and when it’s gone, it’s gone…

OgoVintage shall be listing designer vintage sweaters to the etsy shop and the ebay store.
Once in awhile a design talent stands out from the rest, and continues to garner recognition, despite the too-early demise of the esteemed designer. Such is the case with the British textile and knitwear designer, Kay Cosserat, who tragically passed away at an early age, leaving far too few examples of her striking knitwear designs. The Victoria and Albert Museum in London has several items of Kay Cosserat knitwear in their permanent costume collection. Kay Cosserat was a member of the British Royal Designers of Industry. OgoVintage is fortunate to have a 3 piece Kay Cosserat ensemble, with a full skirt, sweater top, and thick, double layer sweater coat, available on the OgoVintage etsy shop. This fun vintage 80s tunic sweater layers easily over leggings and boots. For the stylish gal who can’t make her mind up about which European designer created/creates the best collections, now she can tout them all.
The IKAT’s popularity can be traced to the hand dyed and hand woven nature of these designs, consistent with the popularity of wearable art. This authentic IKAT sweater tunic has a classic 80s slouchy shape, and an ombre effect in shades of black and white, and gray.
